Our beloved traditional Chinese Spring Festival is incoming, while COVID-19 is still spreading inside and outside China. In order to contain the current pestilence and protect our people’s health and safety, Ningbo government has issued several beneficial policies to encourage people’s stay in Ningbo during the Spring Festival Holiday. Responding to the local government’s policy, we encourage our staffs’ stay too. The following methods will be implemented to award people who will stay and work during the festival holiday.
1, The first line machining worker whoever has 100% attendance rate will be awarded extra RMB 2500; the second line worker whoever has 100% attendance rate will be awarded extra RMB 2000; office (non-workshop) staff whoever has 100% attendance rate will be awarded RMB 1500.
2, Staffs whoever work during the holiday will be paid with triple over work fee.
3, Improved nutritious meals will be provided for staff whoever works during the holiday.
